Stoney Hollow Bar Company, named is a private event bartending service founded by brothers Christian and Alec Moniz. The name comes from Stoney Hollow Road, the street where we grew up — a small tribute to the roots that shaped us.

Based on the coast of Tiverton, Rhode Island, we bring a decade of New York City hospitality experience with hands-on event expertise to every event.

Alec brings extensive bar and restaurant leadership experience, having served as Head Bartender at Tacombi and holding management roles at Corso Como and Scarpetta, a New York City staple.

Christian’s background includes years working in high-end catering within New York’s private event scene and high-profile gatherings. Together, we combine professionalism, efficiency, and polished service to deliver an elevated bar experience at each gathering.
